Our classes are designed for all levels of fitness and taught by a Certified Yoga Instructor.

No yoga experience is required.

Hot Yoga Power Vinyasa (with or without weights)

Vinyasa is a challenging and flowing form of yoga that heals, detoxifies and electrifies the body and mind at the deepest levels.

This class is performed in hot (the room is at 90°), humid conditions to heat muscles, connective tissue and ligaments to improve the extensibility of these tissues for increased flexibility.

This is an intense workout that is designed to help detoxify the body, help you build muscle and aid in weight loss. Weights are available for you to use. Adding weights along with specific yoga poses designed to slim, tone, and flatten your belly, will kick your metabolism into high gear?

Using weights increases your muscle mass and strength (which also increases your fat-burning potential).

Bungee Fly Yoga (class begins 01-14-19)
Fly to Fit!  Low impact cardio and plyometric exercises will improve your agility, increase your speed, strengthen your balance and you will have a blast while performing tricks that defy gravity!  Space is limited to 8 participants…first come, first served basis.  Please note that for safety, you must weigh less than 200 lbs.

Deep Stretch with Foam Roller and Tennis Balls

Spending 3 to 7 minutes at a time in relaxed stretches on the floor, targeting tight hips, hamstrings and shoulders.  Foam roller helps to develop core stability, strength and balance as well as targeting cellulite trouble areas.  The foam roller can also be used to sooth the muscles through deep tissue (myofascial) release.

Beginning Yoga

This class is for students with little or no yoga experience. We will introduce you to moving with the breath while increasing your flexibility and strength and teaching proper alignment in yoga postures.

Yoga Flow

This class will focus on linking conscious breath with a vigorous and mindful flow.

Yoga Nidra

Remarkably effective method to treat various afflictions ranging from sleep disorders to chronic pain, chemical dependency, and anxiety.

Meditation & Pranayama

Meditation is an indispensable tool that improves memory, sharpens intellect, increases your ability to respond to stress, and even helps you process negative emotions such as grief, anger and fear.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga us a passive practice that can rest your body, stretch your muscles, lower your heart rate and blood pressure; claim your nervous system, moving you into a peaceful state of deep relaxation.

Aerial Yoga
Aerial yoga is more than yoga or aerial acrobatics, this hybrid training implements the best of both worlds. Aerial yoga is unique in that it is adaptable for various ability levels.

While suspended from a fabric swing at a safe height, you will explore grounded, inverted, flying and floating exercises.

Aerial yoga builds core power, improves strength, balance, flexibility, stability and endurance.

Yin Yoga

Is a non-muscular practice that focuses on long-slow floor postures, supported by props that target the hip, thighs, lower spine and the meridians that run through them.  Yin poses with the knowledge that you are reaching into connective tissue of your body – a place that requires patience to open.  Dense, fibrous tissue becomes longer and stronger, renewing the body’s structure and integrity.

Slow Flow Vinyasa

In Slow Flow Vinyasa, each movement is accompanied by the breath.  An inhalation or an exhalation, it is a graceful flowing sequence of movements done to the rhythm of your breath.  As thick blood is known to be dirty with impurities, thin blood circulates more freely throughout the body as you flow through the dynamic poses, easing joint pain and removing toxins.
